Inspired by the tought of a picnic atop Bluff Knoll or one of the many hilltop climbs of the Flinders Range.
Organically Grown and Produced in the Mountain Country of the Great Southern of Western Australia.
Tasting Notes
Being a cooler climate Shiraz Climbers View is a medium-bodied colour and flavour with spicy pepper tang and smoked meat tastes. It is strong on the front of the mouth and spicy on the finish but with a slightly mild fruity mid-palate feel.
Makes you reach for the chocolates and as it is aged in oak it has a toasty aroma with a lingering dry finish.
Will go perfectly with any red meats, a bar-b-que or a picnic on a hike in the Australian bush.
